However, due to the nature of our business, where we produce a diverse range of products on our premises and are exposed to potential third-party contamination through manufacturers, delivery processes, and shared spaces, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens.
If you, or the individuals you are purchasing or sharing our food with, have any form of food intolerance or allergy, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing our products. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for allergen-related incidents, and your safety is of utmost importance to us.
To address any concerns or queries you may have regarding allergens, we encourage you to inform a member of our staff. Our team is well-trained and ready to assist you with any questions or special requests.
As an additional resource, we have provided a QR code that, when scanned, will lead you to a video highlighting the hidden dangers of allergens. We believe that awareness is key to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all our customers.
